Wizard of the Republic II

A revision of the original " Wizard of the Republic " Picture that I did a few years ago. The same general costume and style with a number of details and enhancements.

Oh and look ... He has a face this time,

Don't ask why Im submitting the version I did with the cloudy black background, better then no background at all I guess.
